In 2024, Mika moved to the heart of Portugal.
There, in the middle of the mountains, she embarked on a new path. Using the bike not only on paved roads, but seeking out the unbeaten paths beyond.
During 1 of her rides, she slipped in the clay. Red clay soil spattered around and left hardening marks on her bike.
The clay offers Mika a chance to combine her painting experiences. Experiment, rediscover, and continue to wonder every day what will emerge from the kiln next.

Em 2024, Mika mudou-se para o coração de Portugal.
Ali, no meio das montanhas, embarcou num novo caminho. Usando a bicicleta não só em estradas pavimentadas, mas procurando os caminhos invictos mais além.
Durante uma das suas pedaladas, escorregou no barro. A terra vermelha do barro espalhou-se e deixou marcas de endurecimento na sua bicicleta.
O barro oferece a Mika a oportunidade de combinar as suas experiências de pintura. Experimentar, redescobrir e continuar a perguntar-se todos os dias o que sairá do forno a seguir.
